ABOUT SUE

I trained at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic, qualifying in 2002 and was a practicing chiropractor for seven years. I am now registered with the Association of Osteomyologists and practice as a Spinal Therapist.

I have also taken qualifications in Swedish Massage, which I use at the end of my Spinal treatments and more recently in Hot Stone Therapy. I practice these treatments separately, yet I have found both to enhance the Spinal Therapy by decreasing muscle tension.

My hobbies are walking, caving, yoga, Pilates and spending time with family and friends.

I find that yoga and Pilates are very beneficial to maintaining core strength and enabling me to continue doing the work I love.
